Suomen Kotitila Oy is a fully Finnish online shop. When you place your order, we ask you to read our ordering and delivery terms.

Delivery terms in brief:

When you order, you can choose a delivery date. We aim to deliver the freshest possible products. Some products are kept in stock, so their delivery is faster than for products that need a direct order from the producer. This way we always ensure 100{8574ffb16e9356d16bd18a5bc3139c54852d699c26c39109856636a91279f44d} freshness and the shortest possible storage time.

All transport for the Kotitila online shop is handled by external logistics companies: Fetch (Enexus Oy) in the capital region, and Posti elsewhere in Finland for products that do not need chilled transport. Thermo products are always transported as required, either in temperature-controlled chilled or frozen transport. This ensures an unbroken cold chain for every product and shipment.

Payment

Orders are paid in our online shop through the Finnish payment intermediary service (Paytrail/Nets). Accepted payment methods are online banking, debit cards, credit cards and Collector instalment payment. Pickup orders are also paid in advance in the online shop.

Delivery options

• Pickup – free, from the Kotitila shop at Merihaka Meritorni, deck level.
• Postal delivery of dry products (not those requiring thermo transport) anywhere in Finland – €9.90 per shipment
• Home delivery in Helsinki and neighbouring municipalities – €24.90 per delivery
• Separate freight anywhere in Finland – €100 (max 400 kg pallet)
• Pickup point – Sundsberg, free, Fridays 19:30

Pickup service

You can also pick up your Kotitila online order from our pickup point in Helsinki, at our own shop at Merihaka Meritorni, deck level. The order and payment must be completed in advance in the online shop before collecting the product. Choose pickup as the delivery method at checkout in the online shop.

• Helsinki: Kotitila shop, Merihaka / Meritorni deck level, Haapaniemenkatu 7-9b, 00530 Helsinki. Open Thursday–Friday 10–18 and Saturday 10–16. Online orders are collected on Fridays 10–18.
• Sundsberg: Pickup point on Fridays 19:30–20:00, in the car park at Sundetin puistotie

Customer service

You can contact us on weekdays 10.00–18.00, and also outside normal customer service hours if there is a problem with the home delivery of your order.
